What this website does with your details
This website does not collect or store your contact details. The quote form runs in your browser: it puts your answers into a message, and that message only leaves your device when you choose to send it in WhatsApp or in your email app. While you fill it in, your answers are kept in this browser tab only, so a reload does not lose them; they are cleared when you close the tab and are never sent to this website.
This website sets cookies only if you agree: see cookies and your choices below.
The service that hosts the website may keep short technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep it running securely. We do not use these logs to identify visitors.
What we do with the details you send us
When you send us a message or call, we use your name, contact details and the job details to reply, to quote, and to arrange and carry out the job. For jobs to or from Europe, some details go into customs declarations, made by us, an agent or you, as agreed for the job.
Messages sent by WhatsApp are also handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy. Emails are handled by the email services used at each end.
Marketing emails
We may email organisations such as galleries, museums and auction houses about our services, using business contact details you gave us or that your organisation publishes. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in telling businesses about our work. We do not send marketing emails to private individuals unless they have agreed.
Every marketing email says who it is from and how to opt out. To stop them, reply to the email or contact us on 07440 097101 or by email at contact@hrlogistic.co.uk, and we will add you to a do-not-contact list.
Lawful basis
We use your details because you have asked us for a quote or a job, and we need them to reply and to carry out what you asked for.
How long we keep your details
This website keeps nothing. We keep messages and job details for as long as we need them to quote, carry out the job and meet our legal and accounting obligations, and then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to how we use it. Contact us on 07440 097101 or by email at contact@hrlogistic.co.uk.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
Cookies and your choices
This website sets cookies only if you agree. The cookie banner lets you accept all, reject all, or choose by type. Your choice is saved in this browser so we do not ask on every page, and you can change it at any time with Cookie settings at the foot of every page. If you withdraw, we remove the cookies this site set and stop the tools loading.
Strictly necessary, always on: your cookie choice itself, kept in this browser’s storage. It is not sent to us or anyone else.
Analytics, only if you accept them: Google Analytics sets cookies so we can count visits and see how the site is used: which pages are read, how visitors found us, and which contact buttons and quote steps are used. It never receives what you type into the quote form. Cookies: _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID.
These tools are loaded through Google Tag Manager, which loads only after you accept and sets no cookies of its own.
The providers process this information for us under their data processing terms, and it may be handled outside the UK. Fonts and images are served from the site itself, and there are no other third-party embeds.
