Delivery to the venue
Fairs and galleries usually book deliveries into the loading bay by time slot, with rules about vehicle access and who may unload. Send us the exhibitor pack or the venue’s instructions and we work to them, with each piece checked and handed over at the stand or the gallery.
The journey back
Unsold work, loans and display pieces come back at the close. We book the return when we book the outward journey, so the collection is in place for the get-out, and work sold at the fair can go straight on to its buyer.
Exhibition loans
For a loan between a lender and a museum, gallery or public collection, send the dates for delivery, install and return, and any transport conditions in the loan agreement. We read them before we quote and say which we can meet and which we cannot.
Fairs and exhibitions in Europe
Work that goes out and comes back unsold can often travel under temporary paperwork, such as an ATA Carnet or temporary admission, instead of a full export and re-import. Which one applies depends on the goods and the country, so it is settled with you before anything is loaded.
For galleries, artists and event planners
Galleries and artists showing at a fair, curators preparing an exhibition, and event planners moving display pieces, props and furniture for a launch all work to a fixed time at both ends. Tell us the date that matters and we plan back from it.
